The location was excellent, near the underground station. the room was very clean. the staff was helpful. They allowed an early check-in since my travel lasted fourteen hours (i was very grateful for this).
the bathroom door was a bit noisy when opening and closing.

The tea and coffee station was quite basic. Only nescafe sticks were available. the kettle did not work very well. it was difficult to manage remote work because the wifi in the room was not reliable. it was often hard to stay connected during teams calls.

the location proved very convenient. the proximity to aldgate east metro station was a plus. i found a tesco express right next door, it was handy for picking up essentials.
the breakfast did not vary . i also needed to request standard items like slippers. there was no mini refrigerator in the room, this was not ideal.
